Eggs and bacon, mozzarella and some chicken. Is this the recipe for getting in shape? Not really. But close.
Victoria's Secret Angels are working hard to get into shape for any appearances they make - but what about the healthy diet? The really important part of preparing for example for the VS Fashion Shows is eating clean and healthy. Let’s see what our favorite VS Angel Hosk Elsa eats to get and stay in shape - Elsa Hosk Diet Secrets.
Victoria’s Secret Angel Elsa Hosk is the MVP of workout inspiration. Ahead, Hosk shares a page from her food and fitness diary, including the way she works out, how she’s snacking at Fashion Week, and the one thing she would never eat.
